Rey Carrasquel (reldov) is a self-taught Venezuelan digital painter, writer, and filmmaker currently living and working in Baltimore. He started as a musician playing cello early in his life. He also wrote the script for a short movie that was awarded 3rd place in the Creative Alliance’s Cam Slam Film Festival. Less than 2 years ago, he was inspired to paint as a way to improve as an artist. He currently exhibits his art at Gallery 788 with the show Digital Diorama, and his art was featured on the Baltimore Led Billboard also on the cover of the Magazine 100% TV.
